Refund Policy:


- For digital games and software, once they have been delivered and activated by the customer there is no return or refund possible by the fact that we cannot resell activated codes!

- For digital games and software GO4PLAY is NOT responsible for regional, language or any other upcoming restrictions! No refunds will be issued based on a glitch in a game, the noncompliance with the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer, for lack of pleasure during the game, or because the buyer did not read the product specifications mentioned by GO4PLAY Team.

- If you buy a game which is a pre-order a 20% refund fee will apply on any cancellation, Please note that this is a pre-order and will be delivered on release day or date specified by the GO4PLAY Team, we may change the date of delivery without notification. If the Game is not delivered within 48 hours from the given date we will refund your game fully without a refund fee. Pre-Order refund requests can only be made until 7 days before the release, if the request is made after that time, we will no longer refund the order since its considered accepted by the customer and will be delivered as soon as we get the stocks!

Refunds may only be offered if one the following conditions are met:

- The time of your request for refund/replace is less than 48 hours from time of purchase.

- ( We don't refund orders that include pre-order with bonus (Bonus key or Beta access). Not finished, not sent and not completed orders can be refunded If you receive an incorrect product, a refund is possible, if the game key has not been activated If there is no attachment to your email or No serial inside the email If order was sent no refund is possible because of digital items being received.

- Refunds will not be issued based on technical failure of a game, failure to meet the minimum requirements to run the game on your computer or for lack of enjoyment while playing the game. Please go on to check if you can run the game.

- As for game and software codes once the code has been delivered and used by the customer there is no return or refund of any kind after 45 Days of deliver. Its then considered in perfect conditions by the customer.

Products guarantees, returns and refunds: If you experience any difficulties with the product you have purchased contact us first with your problem description filled with screen shots or photos made by a digital camera to give us a clear idea to asset the situation. It might take up to 7 days to process your request since we will have to contact our suppliers.

Game codes: once the code has been delivered and used by the customer there is no return or refund of any kind. Unused game codes can be returned within 3 days. GO4PLAY Customer Service has a total of 30 days time to verify the usage/activation of the "unused" keys.

If key is proven to be unused (its is usually resold to another customer who activates it and declares that everything is ok), then a full refund is processed within 31 days of returning the key. If the key is shown to be already activated then the customer loses the right to be refunded.

Customer is always notified via email of the processing of his refund. Administrative fee: If you are granted a refund, 15% administrative fee is cut from the total too cover the transaction fee and labour cost.
